Job Description: Accounts Receivable Specialist at Construct General Contracting

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes and collections for Construct General Contracting
• Process incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Generate invoices and send them to clients in a timely manner
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable status

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in accounts receivable or related financial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Desired Experience:

• 1-50 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial roles
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $85,000
• Maximum Salary: $120,000
• Currency: USD
