We are a licensed in-home family daycare, looking for a full-time, caring, reliable, and energetic assistant to join our In-Home Daycare in Quarry lakes/Isherwood area, North Fremont. This role is perfect for someone who loves to work with toddlers & infants, is very hands-on and wants to support their growth in a safe, nurturing environment. Whether we’re exploring nature in the backyard or doing arts and crafts at home, your goal will be to provide high-quality care and engagement. Key Responsibilities Routine Care: Prepare and feed meals to children, do diaper changes/potty, and nap time. Supervision & Play: Supervise indoor/outdoor playtime to ensure safety. Safety First: Maintain a clean and hazard-free environment; monitor children closely at all times. Daily cleanup: Maintain cleanliness of toys, eating areas, and activity spaces. Learning: Assist the lead in implementing basic educational activities (Drawing, Colors, shapes, Early literacy, Music, Other activities). Communicate with parents during drop-off/pick-up. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in childcare (nanny, daycare, or preschool setting). Clearance: Must pass background check (Live Scan), have a negative TB test (within the last 12 months) and and updated immunizations. Certifications: CPR/First Aid Certification required. Transportation: Should be able to independently commute back and forth to the daycare. Personality: Reliable, Punctual, Patient, Loving, Caring, Energetic and a strong communicator with both children and adults. Compensation & Perks Pay: $2500 (Based on the background and experience). Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 6 PM
