Seniornest Homecare is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers – Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) – for live-in and hourly cases in Paterson, NJ and throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties. We are a nurse-owned agency, and you will be supported by a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of hands-on patient care experience. Ridgewood Avenue, Paramus, NJ – phone: 201-379-4667 Pay, Schedules, and Locations * Hourly pay: $20+ per hour, based on case and experience. * Live-in pay: $200+ per day, fill-in and permanent cases available. * Part-time and full time available, flexible schedules – you can make your own hours and pick cases that fit your life. * Cases available in both Bergen County and Passaic County. Supportive and knowledgeable staff available 24/7 for questions, staffing, and emergencies. Responsibilities * Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation according to the care plan. * Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients in their homes. * Assist with light housekeeping related to client care (tidying, laundry, meal assistance) as directed by the care plan. * Follow the client’s individualized care plan and communicate changes in condition to the office or supervising nurse. * Maintain a safe, clean environment and use appropriate infection control and PPE procedures. Requirements * Current New Jersey CHHA or CNA license in good standing. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * At least 6 months of caregiving experience (facility or home care). * Current PPD test (within the last 12 months) and MMR vaccination record. * Ability to read and follow a care plan and complete ADLs safely and professionally.
