Position Overview
We are seeking a structured and collaborative Internal Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal IT and CID-related projects across Wallenius Wilhelmsen (WalWil). The primary focus of this role is to manage and navigate the interface between the CID service provider, third party vendors, and WalWil's internal IT and business stakeholders.
This role is highly complementary to the CID service delivery model . While service providers and vendors are responsible for execution within their respective scopes, the Internal Project Manager ensures alignment, clarity, and progress across organizational and contractual boundaries . The role acts as WalWil's coordinating and integrating function, safeguarding business outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
