WE ARE LOOKING FOR A THERAPIST WHO STICKS.

Not “sticks around until something better comes along.”

Not “sticks until things get hard.”

Not “sticks while quietly interviewing elsewhere.”

We’re a 20-year-old, highly respected children’s therapy practice. We didn’t get here by accident. We got here by building something real, with intention, integrity, and clinicians who chose this as their career, not a temporary stop.

We are Pathways For Change. And we’re looking for one more exceptional clinician to join us.

Let’s be clear about who you are:

You love working with kids. Not tolerate. Love.

You want to become truly excellent at something—play therapy, trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, anxiety, selective mutism, family systems… something. You want depth. Expertise. Mastery.

You want to grow into leadership. Not immediately. Not artificially. But over time, through real experience and mentorship.

You don’t participate in back-room whisper campaigns.

You are emotionally mature. Grounded. Direct. Professional.

Licensed or Pre-Licensed?

Both are welcome.

Pre-Licensed clinicians must be willing to commit to:

• Two years of supervision

• One additional year post-licensure
