POSITION – CNC Operator

  JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI

  STARTING DATE – Immediate

  EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

  EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

  WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday–Friday

  STARTING PAY – $20+ per hour

  REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Must have experience using calipers and micrometers; prior CNC operating experience preferred. Willing to train with strong mechanical aptitude. 

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for running CNC machines, performing precision measurements, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications. You will set up, operate, and monitor machines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to production requirements
• Perform precision measurements using calipers and micrometers
• Inspect parts and make necessary machine adjustments
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

• Experience using calipers and micrometers required
• Prior CNC operating or machining experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
