Job Description

Compensation: $24-$28/hour (Negotiable, depending on experience)
 
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient, and continuous operations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, heavy equipment, and production machinery, while also assisting with electrical and pneumatic components.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, motors, and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems, pumps, and gearboxes
• Fabricate and repair parts using welding and machining equipment
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting and reading schematics
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

 
Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
