Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA)
Pasco, WA

We’re hiring a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) who wants a predictable weekday schedule with a mission-driven team serving the Pacific Northwest.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on psychotherapy, medication management, and treatment planning for mental health and substance abuse.

You’ll practice in the Pasco area, a hub of the Columbia and Snake rivers offering outdoor recreation and a low cost of living.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 - $145,000
• Performance bonuses based on wRVU production
• Sign-on and relocation assistance totaling $20,000

• $3,750 CME allowance plus 5 paid days
• Fully covered malpractice insurance
