Virtual Assistant
Compensation: $30–40/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support administrative and real estate–related tasks. This role will assist with managing communications, organizing online property listings, conducting research, and supporting general administrative functions to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize email communications
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Conduct online and property-related research to support leasing and operational initiatives
Create, post, and update property listings across online platforms such as Zillow, Craigslist, TurboTenant, Zumper, and Stessa
Prepare and organize documents including Word, Excel, and PDF files
Assist with basic budget tracking and reporting
Perform general administrative tasks to support the property management team
Maintain weekly progress updates on assigned tasks and projects
Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role preferred
Familiarity with real estate or property management platforms is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document management tools
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Flexible schedule, with the expectation that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
Performance review after 3 weeks, with potential for compensation adjustment based on performance.
