Job Description

At Florida Window and Door, we specialize in the installation of the highest-quality impact windows and doors! We are leading the Home Improvement industry in Florida and are currently ranked the 19th largest remodeling company in the nation per Qualified Remodeler!

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a charismatic, organized, detail-oriented, and coachable individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment. The Junior Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts by assisting with resume reviews, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

 

Yearly salary is between $40,000-45,000

This is an **ONSITE** position, not remote!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to interviewing and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its job openings.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hire managers.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
