Receptionist – Caskinette Ford (Carthage, NY) Be the first smile our customers experience. Caskinette Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for our customers and supporting daily dealership operations. • Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and showroom area
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries as needed
• Provide administrative support to sales and service teams as needed
• Assist with data entry and light office tasks as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers (basic Microsoft Office and phone systems)
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
