Full-Time Role and Responsibilities
•Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment following biological/holistic protocols
•Assist the doctor chairside for all procedures, including CEREC, crown/bridge, extractions, implants, ozone therapy, and LPRF
•Take diagnostic X-rays and CBCT scans (as applicable)
•Maintain strict infection control procedures aligned with SMART and biological dentistry standards
•Provide pre-op and post-op instructions with clarity and compassion
•Document procedures accurately in Open Dental
•Manage inventory, restocking, operatory setup, and ordering needs
•Support patient comfort throughout their appointment with warmth and professionalism
•Assist with laboratory cases, impressions, digital scans, and appliance coordination
•Help maintain an efficient daily schedule and ensure a smooth flow between operatories
Schedule & Compensation
Schedules vary by position and may include both full-time and part-time opportunities. Compensation is highly competitive and based on experience, skill level, and role.
