Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to coordinate scheduling for deliveries, pickups, and warehouse appointments. This role supports daily logistics operations by ensuring efficient communication between clients, drivers, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and confirm delivery and pickup appointments
* Coordinate dock schedules and warehouse availability
* Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams regarding timing and logistics
* Maintain accurate scheduling records and updates
* Adjust schedules as needed to support operational efficiency
* Provide general administrative support to logistics and operations teams
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, data entry)
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
