Project Coordinator
Iskandar Boustany is an economist and researcher with over 12 years of experience in public finance, public policy, and governance. He has been actively contributing to designing, implementing, and evaluating various projects related to good governance, state finance, and social protection. His diverse experience and close engagement with various stakeholders, including as a state entity consultant and trainer, a civil society member, a private sector supplier, and a consultant to multiple international organizations, provided him with a wide and deep understanding of the developmental industry dynamics. Iskandar Boustany is a lecturer in public finance at the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut, and currently executive director at “Obergine Lebanon” a consulting firm that provides economic and cost-benefit analysis of public policies and policy advice with particular focus on social issues, including social protection, child protection and rights, access to education and health and other related fields.
